Trust Thermal doesn't typically hire year round due to the nature of our industry. Our work is seasonal and the work days and hours vary from week to week depending on the projects we currently have.

• at least 18 years old
• H.S. Graduate or G.E.D.
• have a valid drivers license
• available June-August
• have reliable transportation
• be willing to travel throughout Michigan
• dependable, hard-working, willing to learn

Wage starts at $22/hr.
